We’re looking for a talented and motivated Secretariat Administrator to join our Secretariat team at Head Office. This new role will provide vital administrative support to ensure outstanding governance and help drive forward our community programmes.

What you’ll be doing
- Supporting our Secretariat Officer with compliance duties, corporate filings, and maintaining accurate records.
- Assisting our Community Support Lead with the planning and co-ordination of community initiatives.
- Providing diary, meeting, and event support to our Society Secretary and Deputy Secretary.
- Gathering and analysing data from programme activities and ensuring our records are audit-ready.
This is a varied role that will allow you to contribute to both governance excellence and community impact, working closely with colleagues and partners.
The person we are looking for
You’ll have proven administration experience and be confident managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly Excel, Outlook and Word) are essential. Experience in compliance, community initiatives, or supporting senior leaders would be an advantage, but most importantly, we’re looking for someone proactive, adaptable, and eager to make a difference.
